1/4″ Diced High Temperature Swiss Cheese is a specially formulated cheese that will not melt up to temperatures of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
This allows the cheese to remain as 1/4″ diced pieces in the cheese during your manufacturing process. Refrigerate at 40 degrees Fahrenheit upon arrival.
